The HT120 is a high-speed rotary die softgel encapsulation system engineered for precise encapsulation of oils, suspensions, pastes, and liquid formulations into uniform soft gelatin capsules. Features touchscreen HMI controls, stainless steel sanitary construction, integrated gelatin ribbon handling, precision fill pumps, and enclosed guarding designed for GMP production environments.
Production capacity is dependent on capsule size, die configuration, fill material viscosity, gelatin formulation, and operating speed. Based on comparable rotary die softgel systems, estimated production output may range from approximately 25,000 to 100,000+ softgels per hour, with smaller oval capsules typically achieving higher throughput and larger oblong capsules producing lower hourly output rates.
