The major features are their: Ease of Sanitation, Reliability and durability, Low maintenance cost, Enhanced user-friendly operation, High Accuracy and Speed, and Flexibility. Main Feeder A cone which vibrates to distribute product onto the linear feeders. Amplitude and duration of its vibration are controlled to assure proper distribution. A load cell supports the unite and controls the infeeds conveyor to keep the level of product consistent. The top cone ias detachable without a tool. Linear Feeder  Vibrators/ troughs surrounding the feeder to feed product into feed buckets. Amplitude and duration time of their vibration are controlled automatically to feed product into the feed buckets. The trough (pans) are detachable without tools. The Vibrators are totally enclosed with no exposed wiring to facilitate sanitation. Feed Bucket Each feed bucket receives product fed from the linear feeder above it. The product is discharged when the weigh bucket below is empty or when the weigh bucket requires more product. Weigh Bucket Each weigh bucket hold product while the load cell reads its weight. Using weight information received from each weigh bucket, the computer calculates a combination closest th the target weight. The weigh buckets selected in the combination discharged the product into the collating chute. For three- bucket models, buckets not celected discharge their contents into memory buckets below when empty. Memory Bucket The memory bucket holds down product feed from the way buckets. As the name implies, the way information is stored in memory. The computer calculates a combination including the memory bucket along the way buckets. The memory bucket system increases the number of buckets to be included in the combination calculation. Collection Bucket An optional collection gate is used to temporarily stage product discharge from way or memory buckets. It discharges the product into the packaging machine below upon receiving a signal. Thus, the collection gay minimizes product string out and shortens the system operation cycle. Weight/ Actuator Unit Each way/actuator unit contains a load cell and two actuators. The load cell supports the bucket and measures the product in the way bucket. The actuator open and close the doors away and feed bucket which commands from the AICC+ Memory/ Actuator Unit Memory/actuator unit is used for the models with the memory bucket system, signified by the “M” in the model number (ADW-O-xxxMX). The actuator is used to open and or close the doors of memory bucket Touchscreen A menu driven an operator interactive display used for set up operation, monitoring, and troubleshooting for the machine Printer Used to pronounce statistical data which includes a histogram from production management. Also used to provide a hardcopy or preset operational parameters for record. The printer is designed for washdown along with the whole AAIC+ unit The DATAWEIGH concept The data weight system distributes product into fractional batches. These batches are weighed by load cells. The microcomputer instantly determines which combination of batches come closest to the target way without going on the way. This combination is discharged for packaging. Main Feeder
